DEMOGRAPHICS

The Troy Area School District is a school district of the third class organized under State law in Bradford County, PA. It is coterminous with the boroughs of Alba, Burlington, Sylvania and Troy, and the townships of Armenia, Burlington, Columbia, Granville, South Creek, Springfield, Troy, Wells and West Burlington. It is situated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on approximately 275 square miles, and is borded by the County of Tioga on the west, the state of New York on the north, and by other Bradford county Townships on the east and south.

We have a public school population of 1.956 in kindergarten through twelfth grades. There are three elementary schools (K-4), one middle school (5-8), and one senior high school, grades 9-12.
