                                      High School Information.

   MAY 27,2008  Juniors who have not turned in a physical form will have a physical by the Guthrie Clinic personnel at the high school.  Juniors check the list in the office to see if you need the State Required Physical.

  JUNE 11,2008   PIAA physical for ALL 2008-09 SPORTS will be done at the school.  This will be the only time they will be offered at the school.  This is new this year.  It is for ALL sports.

   The New PIAA physical forms must be completed and signed by parents or guardians before the doctor will complete the physical.  If you do not have one from your coach stop in the nurse's office a copy.

  Pa Dept of Health is offering free flu shots to ALL school age children.  They will be given next fall.   Complete the form sent home by the nurse so we can have an estimate of how much vaccine to order.
